5 basic steps of manifesting…

Manifesting is something I have spent 11 years learning and mastering.

I love to teach others how to tap into this power so that you can create whatever you wish and really understand the process.

If you aren’t familiar with the term ‘manifesting’ then maybe you know it as the Law of Attraction or maybe you have heard of the book called The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.

Manifesting is a power that we all have that helps us to change our reality and our circumstances for the better and I’m going to break this down into 5 easy steps so that you can begin to change your life one step at a time.

Step 1

Decide on what you want. Do you want a new job, a new relationship or more money? Whatever you desire needs to be a clearly stated to the universe so get a pen and paper and start to work out what you truly want. Start small.

Step 2

Build a picture in your mind of how this will look and feel. Use your imagination to create the movie in your mind of your desire being real and how it feels to you.

The clearer you can make the picture and feeling, the better. Muddled desires don’t have as much power behind them. You must connect to the emotion of it.

Step 3

Grab your journal and work though any feelings of doubt or negativity that you might be holding about your desire. Maybe you feel that it’s not possible or that you don’t deserve it. Journal around this so that you can adjust your thinking and begin to believe that this IS possible and that you do deserve it! Its good to get these pesky doubts cleared up so that your manifesting can flow easily.

Step 4

Raise energy and feed the desire with emotion.

Now if you have done any spell work or manifesting before then you know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t then this is what you need to do.

Close your eyes and feel the sensation of your body as you would in meditation.

Imagine that you are connected to the universe and the earth in a column of white light that surrounds you. This connects you to the power of universal energy.

Feel this energy filling your body up and you might feel tingly or have butterflies in your tummy. Now while you are filled up and surrounded with that powerful universal energy, you begin to visualize your desire being real within your mind. See it, believe it and get excited about it. In that moment it is real, and you are feeding it with a powerful energy. This is your manifesting power that you are tapping into and it feels so good! If you feel silly or childlike, try and treat this more like an imagination game. Be playful with it.

Step 5

Manifesting is not a one time thing so get into the habit of doing this exercise daily for just a few minutes. The power will begin to build and the desire that you created in your mind will begin to manifest into this reality over time. You will notice that coincidences begin to happen or you might get an idea about what action you can take to help this desire manifest. If you are trying to manifest a job, make sure you keep your eyes and ears open for opportunities and act on them. If you are trying to manifest a new love, then meet the universe half way and make yourself available by accepting that party invitation or being a little more social. The universe will absolutely provide a path but you need to take the opportunities when they show themselves.

By using this 5 steps, you truly can begin to attract in the things that you focus on and feed with your manifesting energy. It is the Law of Attraction.
